At Body del Sol we offer a variety of financing options to help make our treatments more affordable. We accept payment with Visa , MasterCard , Discover and Debit Cards.
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card.
Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards.
Pay for health, and wellness care at over 200,000 enrolled providers across the nation. Once you’ve applied, you can use it again and again at any location that accepts CareCredit.
With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.*

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES
We understand that everyone has things that come up – work, kids, or emergencies.
Many people do not understand, though, that when we make appointments with you, it is not one-way – our staff is waiting to meet with you as much as you are with them. We have a waiting list for other clients/patients that want the same times or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment to you. We are less likely to be able to fill the time slot your appointment occupied without at least a 24 hour cancellation notice .
Because we want to provide each of our clients with the best service and experience from the moment they schedule their appointment, we are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling:
24 hours notice for a single service,
48 hours notice for a package & weekend services,
***Miscellaneous:Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.
Rude, loud, discourteous or disorderly guests will be asked to leave.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What is the procedure if I must cancel an appointment? – A 24 hours notice for a single service, 48 hours notice for a package & weekend services must be given to cancel any spa or medical appointments. Spa & Medical services are provided by sought after professional Physicians, Estheticians, Certified Massage Therapists, Certified Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Manicurists and Hair Stylists . Please pay us the courtesy of a phone call 24 hour in advance if you must cancel or reschedule.
What are the cancellation policies and fees? – We require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice or a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged $50. Scheduling an appointment is your reminder, agreement and your acceptance of these policies. Your next service or treatment will not be performed until your cancellation fee(s) are paid in full.
What if I paid for a package and had to move or never used the remainder, could I receive a refund?
Whether you paid for a package in house at a special pricing or at the regular price – we will prorate the unused services and charge a 25% cancellation fee. If you purchased at a special pricing and did not complete the package – the regular price goes into effect for the services used, any remaining funds will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee. If you never had the opportunity to use any of the services only a 25% cancellation fee will apply. It may take up to 2 weeks after your request to verify services and process a credit to your account. There are no longer any cash or check refunds for services, packages or products.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians’ schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

An Original Signed Document Is In Your File
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective or cause an allergic reaction, we will exchange any products within 2 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any other reason. We no longer provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Body del Sol.
